Help Me Grow is a free program that helps families learn about and answer questions concerning their child’s development, behavior, and learning milestones for babies and young children (ages 0–8). Our team can help answer questions for free and confidentially and also provide screening assessments to see if your child is on track, connecting you with services to help your child grow. Finding out early if your child needs extra support is important for their growth.

Your child’s first five years of life are so important, so we want to help you provide the best start for your child. There are two different ASQ questionnaire screenings. Both ASQ questionnaires are very important, but it’s okay if you would only like to complete one of them at a time. We are here to help, so please call 239-425-6920 if you are struggling to complete either or both screens. It’s important that you answer as accurately as you can; that way, we can better serve the needs of you and your child. It is very helpful for you to complete both ASQ-2 and ASQ-3, as they provide a better overall picture of your child’s development.
Ages & Stages Questionnaires, Third Edition (ASQ-3) helps you keep track of your child’s development. The questionnaire may be provided every 2-, 4- or 6-month period. You will be asked to answer questions about some things your child can and cannot do. The questionnaire includes questions about your child’s communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and personal social skills. Make sure your child is reaching their full potential and on track with their milestones.
Ages & Stages Questionnaires: Social-Emotional, Second Edition (ASQ:SE-2) helps you keep track of your child’s social and emotional development. The questionnaire includes questions about your child’s ability to calm down, take direction and follow rules, communicate, perform daily activities (e.g., eating, sleeping), act independently, demonstrate feelings, and interact with others. The social and emotional components can be just as important as the child’s development, so make sure to complete both screens.
