Nurse-Family Partnership is a free community program that empowers first-time moms to have healthy pregnancies and feel confident and prepared as they raise their babies. A mom is partnered with a registered nurse (R.N.) during her pregnancy and this nurse supports mom through regular home visits until her baby turns 2 years old.
