T.E.A.M. Dad
T.E.A.M. Dad is a free program that Teaches, Empowers, Advocates for, and Mentors men on their fatherhood journey. A dedicated T.E.A.M. Dad Coach who has received extensive training in the 24/7 Dad® curriculum meets with fathers at a convenient time for them. Topics for the sessions include the father’s role, discipline, children’s growth, communication, working with mom and co-parenting, and more.
The program offers education, training and support to help men become responsible, engaged, and empowered fathers.

Eligibility:
- Fathers, grandfathers, or role models involved with a child under the age of three
- Men with a pregnant partner
Involved fathers make a positive impact on their children.
Children are less likely to experience depression and use drugs, and more likely to earn A’s and go to college.

After submitting this form, a coordinator will contact you and help you determine eligibility for the program. The Coach will schedule regular visits based on your goals.
