Pam Blackwell is currently with First Citizens Bank where she is the Vice President of the Immokalee Road Office. She’s been with First Citizens Bank since 201 and has held various positions, including Business Banker and Corporate Trainer for the company. Pam has twenty nine years banking experience. A native of Boston Massachusetts she earned her B.S.in Finance from Suffolk University in 1990. Pam is active in our community; currently serving on the Women in Business Committee of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. She donates her time and expertise to many organizations such as the American Heart Association, March of Dimes: March for Babies, and the United Way. Pam lives in Bonita Springs and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Juan Henriquez

Juan Henriquez is a Southwest Florida banking professional serving the banking needs of individuals and businesses since 2002.
Juan M Henriquez serves as Vice President - Financial Sales Manager, at the HealthPark branch of First Citizens Bank in Fort Myers, FL. In his current capacity Juan works with business owners and senior managers to assess and solve common and complex business challenges.
Mr. Henriquez, has deep roots in Southwest Florida’s banking industry holding positions in Lee and Collier counties. Juan started of his banking career with locally owned Orion Bank in Naples FL. At Orion, Juan served as the Merchant Services Manager, managing an extensive portfolio of merchant relationship throughout SWFL and the Florida Keys.
Juan’s depth of experience also includes advising individuals and families on personal finance matters in his role as Senior Relationship Manager with Bank of America in Fort Myers, FL. Juan utilized his skills to help his clients strive towards financial freedom by providing advice ranging from building savings, managing credit scores, and using credit appropriately to achieve their financial goals.
Juan is alumnus of Kent State University – Stark Campus in Canton, Ohio; where he pursued dual majors in Business Administration and applied information technologies.
Juan enjoys spending time with his two daughters and wife enjoying the outdoors and making lifelong memories.

Stephen Eller is financial advisor in Southwest Florida. Prior to going into the financial advising industry almost 22 years ago he was in the accounting industry. For the past 17 years he has been the Owner/Manager of the Raymond James Financial Services office in Estero, Florida.

He is committed to helping the world around him to be a better place. As witnessed by his contribution to Healthy Start of Southwest Florida as a board member or committee member for more than 18 years. As well as being a Coach and Board member of his children’s lacrosse, soccer, flag football, baseball organizations.

Keeping balanced in life is a high priority to Stephen. So spending time with his family, hitting the gym, or going for a nice bike ride are all high on Stephen’s to-do list.

Jillian White is the Pre-K and 6th grade ESE Specialist for the Hendry County School District. This is her 10th year as a teacher, 5 years in New York and 5 years in Hendry County. Jillian is a 2006 graduate of State University of New York at Potsdam with a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education Grades 1-6. She is also a 2011 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a Master’s Degree in Reading Grades 5-12. Jillian is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education Grades K-12 from Saint Leo University.

Ms. White has had a passion for working with children of all ages since she was a child herself. She was employed as an assistant dance instructor since the age of 14, and was the first student at her studio to be in charge of her own classes prior to graduating from high school. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, Jillian was employed at the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club as a staff member. She currently volunteers for Special Olympics Florida, serving as the Hendry County Special Olympics Unified Cheerleading Coach.

In order to continue to serve children as well as their families, she has partnered with grant funded programs like SEDNET (The Multiagency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities), PEN (Parent Education Network) and PEP (Parents Educating Parents) to bring training to parents of all students in Hendry County. Jillian is also currently going through the licensing process to become a certified foster parent.

Debbie McCarthy  MSN,ARNP 

Forbes Family Care Center

Debbie McCarthy is a family nurse practitioner at Forbes Family Care Center and working in the field for the past 17 years concentrating in pediatrics.  She also worked for Hendry Family Care Center as well as the Hendry Glades Health Department concentrating in pediatrics and teen health. She graduated with an AA degree from the University of South Florida a BSN and MSN ARNP from Barry University. While at Barry University Debbie served as the President of the local Florida Nursing Student Association and was subsequently elected state President of the FNSA.  She was a clinical instructor for Palm Beach Community College.

Debbie has also been involved in many youth and community activities including President of the Clewiston Performing Arts Center, on the Board of AYSO soccer also acting as the Safety Director and on the Hendry County Cancer Society board. She has also been very active in the annual Lions Club Scholarship Dance/Silent Auction fund raiser.

Indira Maharaj

IBERIABANK

Indira is the Vice President and Branch Manager at the Pine Ridge location managing the business portfolio. She has served at this branch for 15 years. Indira was born and educated in Trinidad and Tobago. Indira has an AA in Education from Valsayn Teachers’ College, Trinidad. She taught Elementary School for 11 years and 5 years in the banking Industry in Trinidad. She has 25 years total banking experience working at World Savings, Amsouth, Fifth Third Orion and now IBERIABANK. Indira is involved with The Shelter for Abused Women in Collier County for the past 8 years facilitating financial literacy education and IDA Program. Indira is also a teaching volunteer with Junior Achievement of SWFL for the past 5 years. She loves to love cook and spend time with her three granddaughters in her spare time.

Lina Diaz-Conde, MSW

Golisano Children’s Hospital

Lina Diaz-Conde is a Social Worker at Golisano Children’s Hospital, Lee Health.  She has worked with Lee since 2007.    Lina is native to Colombia, SA. She is bilingual, raised in Queens, NY.  Lina received both her Bachelors and Masters from Hunter College City University of NYC.  Since the beginning of her career Lina has worked with women and children, offering support to help women cope with their disease process, offering crisis intervention and education to help navigate the healthcare system.  Always advocating, and empowering women to be successful as they parent their child.

Lina participates in Substance Exposed Newborn Task force with Healthy Start Coalition and FPQC MORE project, which focus on keeping substance exposed newborns safe by connecting and building a support network at delivery.  She is also Co-chair of the Lee Health Pediatric Pregnancy Loss Support Task Group, to help families cope with the loss of a child.

Lina lives in Cape Coral and enjoys quality time with her husband and 2 sons.  “Healthy Start has made a personal impact in my life, when my sister became a teen mom I had the chance to see first-hand the amazing work they do with families.”
